Because of the nature of our offerings, we have a strict no-refund policy in most cases.

1. Mixing & Mastering Services
Once a mixing or mastering service has been delivered to the client, the project is considered complete.

We do, however, offer one round of reasonable revisions (unless otherwise stated in the package details).

If you are unsatisfied with the final product after revisions, refunds are not possible because the work is based on time, effort, and expertise.

2. Sample Packs
All sample packs, presets, and downloadable content purchased from ALUS Audio are non-refundable.

For VST testing and consultation services:
